Charme 308 Hotel - Rome

The room was immaculate and spacious, with high-quality bedding and thick towels. I adored the communal snack and coffee area that was available 24/7. The central location made it easy for me to explore all the major sights on foot.

Everything was excellent, including very approachable staff and favourable location near everything. Location: the hotel was short walk to all central Rome Sant Angelo and many excellent local eateries and the river. Pizzeria Zucchero e Farina was located 5 minutes walk away.

We had a triple room with great bed and a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. The location was exceptionally nice and the staff members were knowledgeable.

The towels had stains, totally unacceptable. When I asked for a room upgrade due to the noisy AC and the lack of a shower door, I was met with indifference. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their forte, but I had such high hopes, sad face.

I loved the spacious Double Room . The decor felt inviting and matched the beautiful photos online. Free Netflix on the TV and 24-hour access to coffee and snacks made relaxing easy. Location was a huge plus. I could walk to major attractions within 10-15 minutes. The sound isolation was not great. I overheard conversations from neighboring rooms frequently. I also noticed that the cleaning services started early, which disrupted my sleep since I wanted to relax a bit longer in the morning.

Consider enjoying the cozy lounge area for snacks and coffee. It's a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

easy strolls to major sites and park views all around

My stay was enjoyable, especially with the hotel's prime location just a short walk away from Piazza Navona and the lovely Tiber River, making it super easy for me to immerse myself in Rome's rich history while wandering around the city's beautiful streets.

The beds were uncomfortably hard for my taste. The air conditioning system struggled to cool the room effectively, leaving me feeling warm and restless at times. I also had an issue with the shower drain. It wasn't draining properly and caused water to accumulate during my showers.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the comfy beds and all the snacks like muffins and waffles available at any time. The relaxation options were great, with a cozy lounge and a peaceful terrace to unwind. Just a heads-up, the shower could have used a little maintenance, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. ✨

great stay with minor issues

The staff provided an really good level of service, making me feel welcome during my entire stay. The Superior Triple Room offered plenty of space, clean amenities, and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night. The view from the room was amazing, showcasing the iconic sights peeking through the cityscape. I loved enjoying my morning coffee while taking in the fine scenery outside.

The check-in process felt slightly disorganized.

The location was perfect for exploring, only a 20-minute stroll to Trevi Fountain and Vatican Museums. The room was immaculate and offered complimentary snacks, coffee, and a lovely shared area for relaxation.

Decent, sized room with central heating, a safe, and a flat, screen TV. the walk, in shower in the private bathroom was a nice touch 🚿.
